We can tailor our maintenance programs to what works best for you. A Full-Service Pest Control that can handle any Insect (crawling/stinging), Rodent, Wildlife, or Animal trapping problem that may arise. Maintenance programs are offered can be weekly, monthly, 2x monthly, seasonal, and "as needed". Programs can also be put together for preventive exterior maintenance on the communities. BED BUGS - We are a "Bed Bug Free" Certified company. Our program entails using only the best & most effective residual products on the market, bed bug proof encasements for box springs and/or mattress', traps for the legs of the bedframes, and pheromone traps as needed. Prep sheets provided for Management (to give to tenants) and information sheets are provided for tenants after service informing them of what to expect and when to call if there is still a problem.

RESIDENTIAL HOMES

QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE

Our residential Quarterly Maintenance Program provides year-round protection against most crawling insects (Ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, pillbugs, sowbugs, box elder beetles, asian lady beetles, earwigs, and other misc crawling insects), as well as any interior rodent infestations (mice, rats, chipmunks). Stinging insect prevention is also available (optional) on any Quarterly Program. Each service provides you with interior and exterior treatment as well as our detailed inspection report and recommendations. Exterior rodent control is also available.

TRI-SEASONAL MAINTENANCE

A full interior/exterior treatment in the Spring for insects, followed by 2 exterior only treatments in July & October to prevent any insect nesting or gaining entry from the outside of the home. October application also provides Rodent control for the Garage, and the basement/crawl space to prevent any rodents from getting into your home for the winter and nesting. *Our most popular program.

Seasonal Exterior Program

We have a "Seasonal Perimeter" program which provides 2 thorough exterior treatments: 1) Spring/Summer Application & 2) Fall Application to keep seasonal pests out.

*Spring & Summer treatment will keep new insects such as ants, spiders, and general creepie-crawlies out of your home. The fall treatment will also prevent fall invaders such as box elder beetles, asian lady beetles, spiders, pill/sow bugs, etc from coming in once it starts to get cool. Inspection reports are provided to let you know places that need to be sealed. (we also provide pest proofing your home)
