Are the materials SAFE for use around my children and pets?
Yes. In most cases the materials used do not require vacancy upon treatment. If vacancy is required we will let you know upon scheduling your appointment. If you are pregnant or have children under 1 year old, as a pre-caution, we do ask for you to be out of the home during any insect application.
Do the materials have an odor?
In most cases the materials used do not have an odor. If they do have an odor and require vacancy during treatment, as stated above, we will inform you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed by the State of Michigan and are fully insured.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. All services are guaranteed. When a customer refuses suggested applications or procedures deemed necessary for effective pest control, that work can not be guaranteed.
Q: Will I have to wait around for a technician to arrive on my scheduled day?
No. All services are scheduled by appointment for a specific day and time.
Do I have to be there when the service is scheduled?
No. If exterior services are being addressed, we can easily hold a credit/debit card on file for payment. We can leave the appropriate paperwork and receipts at a location previously designated.
How can I prevent these pest problem from recurring?
Your technician will give you recommendations, as well as a written inspection report and environmental tips, to help prevent future issues.
